EBT bricks and blocks are high-strength refractory components that surround the steel flow in the eccentric hearth casting zone of an electric arc furnace.
The geometry, magnesia grade, and combination of components are determined based on the furnace design. The goal is to achieve wear resistance and dimensional stability around the pouring spout.
